Luckily I've been spared something like this so far.
But I have a friend who bought an AP perpetual calendar and it stopped him the first night after buying it. He even worried afterwards that his AD would assume that the watch had been subjected to an improper impact. He was really happy that he wasn't suspected. 😁
And also very grateful when he got the fully paid watch back after "a few" months.
It was „not possible“ to exchange the brand new watch. There was no money back either. And he was also grateful that the watch worked then... 🙏🙄
