Not the Omega or Daniels co-axial, but the others could qualify, yes.

The co-axials are a trade-off and only have one direct impulse--the other is indirect. A little study will confirm this. It is confusing because the co-axial is marketed for its direct impluse. The new Seiko escapement is similar.
The natural escapements, yes, but "double impulse" is often a reference specifically to Daniels' first escapement, as found in his space traveller pocketwatches. There are currently only two wristwatches with this. As the picture is neither, I am not sure what watch is pictured.

Double direct impulse=something pushing on balance in both directions at near 90deg, Omega coaxial (and Daniels), Voutilainen 28, FPJ CO, UN Freak, and a few more all qualify.

Got the definitions wrong, you're correct. That said the Omega is indirect but the indirect impulse is imparted with not much lower mechanical efficiency so I think of it as "the same".
