Ming 37.09 "Bluefin"
Ming just released its newest offering, the 37.09 "Bluefin." This is the third diver presented by Ming - it follows the 18.01 "Abyss" concept and the 18.01 H41. If you want the press release, well, here it is:

This one may push me over the edge. I have always enjoyed Ming's divers - they offer an interesting perspective on an otherwise saturated (pun intended) category. If there is one Ming that I feel like I missed out on, it is the 18.01 H41. And the size of this one is great - 600m of water resistance packed into a case with dimensions of 38 mm x 12.8 mm. It would be the ideal summer watch.
Regarding drawbacks, well, prices continue to creep up. Although that is the case for every brand, and Ming at least offers something different from everyone else. If you want a Ming, there is no cross-shopping. But, the main one for me is the wait. Ordering now to get the watch in October kind of stinks. I understand the business model, but it is nothing short of a tragedy that this watch will not see the summer sun in the northern hemisphere.
