Independents

Lets put it this way...

I cannot and do not doubt the technical excellence of the movement - this is one of the most amazing pieces of art out there, one that will be cherished and remembered for generations to come.

I have my doubt if I could say the same for the dial. The GB flag just does not belong there - for me. But then again the Brits always have used their flag as a prominent design element.

Still, for me the movement is at odds with the dial. At least on paper - err screen - it does not match in style and execution the movement, and not even the indices rings on the dial seem to feel right.

So I guess it more my perceived inconsistency that bothers me most.

Cheers,
Magnus
