You had this made in a much larger case size than he normally produces? And the movement and everything reworked to fit around this size? THESE are values that I appreciate in a watch maker. Thanks for the pictures, have you ever tried it with a darker st... 

I always loved Kari's watches but found them a little small on my wrist. So one day when chatting to Kari, he asked me the idea size of the case I would want and I came up with 44.5mm (same size as the Hublot Big Bang). After a bit of work and some sketch...

I have yet to see a KV that I wouldn't want to own... ok there are a few stronger than others due to colour or layout... but overall I would be happy with any of them! Cheers Andrew

Actually its a watch well away from this... my Hublot carbon tourbillon... not because it is a tourbillon but the memories attached to it over the years and remembering sitting down with Jean-Claude Biver many years ago to put together the idea for the wa... 

I think we would be hard-pressed to find many members of the horological community more widely loved and respected than Kari and JCB. Quite the duo. Thanks for sharing! NickO

I love the colour of the dial that you have chosen. Yes Kari's guilloche work is always spell binding but on yours, I have to say the weave pattern looks especially good. I also like the hinged back even though it would have added weight to the watch. Hav... 

Seeing Kari always creates more questions... as he throws in some other possible ideas or solutions... then when you have your mind set there is a few more things to think about... all in a good way! Actually the colour of the dial was not what I had in m...

There is not a KV that I would not find great but yours is simply so pleasing as a whole 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
