A few years ago older Roger Dubois, Daniel Roth, and Parmigiani Fleurier offered immense value for the dollar. The LUC Chopard's were dirt cheap too for something with a Geneva Seal. Something like the Ionica was crazy cheap...and still sort of it, just h...
Some of the Independents, Montblanc, Tudor, Seiko, Nomos, Edox, Oris, Loius Erard, Doxa, Kuruno Tokyo, Rado, Yema, Zodiac, Squale and I am sure there are more, all make great watches

There is one thing of sleeper for "investment", meaning buy now because tomorrow prices will go up up. It may be some brands that has "market makers"... like DE BETHUNE for example or specific models. Or do you mean, bang for the buck, but out of the door...

Parmigiani Fleurier and Chopard LUC comes to mind. I think the Chopard Alpine Eagle and Bvlgari Octo Finissimo can be considered value for money in their class.
