Interesting point, but all other watches do that.

 

It doesn't do nothing, it ticks, you can hear it, wind it, and look at it, it just doesn't give time. And you have a secret movement which is actually beautiful.

Making a far fetched comparison, buying a vintage Longines 13Zn, you have a chronograph like many others at that time but the noble heart of it is fantastic, which you cannot notice looking at the watch behind a steel caseback. Do you buy buy a Longines 13 ZN for the function? I don't think so smile . The Haldimann does the same adding controversy like no other.
