While the GF is a more "established" brand, I think the Fraessdorf is a rugged daily useable watch.

Not sure about who is and isn't taking orders these days...
But some of my favorite independent tourbillions would include Ferdinand Berthoud, Laurent Ferrier, Akrivia, DeBethune, Christophe Claret, and Greubel Forsey.
