appreciate if anyone can help.
i am looking to buy a tourbillon form one of the independents/Micro brands. i am a Patek collector and now getting myself educated with the independents. do you know about any of the brands that is accepting orders on a tourbillon?
any advise is appreciated.

Not sure about who is and isn't taking orders these days...
But some of my favorite independent tourbillions would include Ferdinand Berthoud, Laurent Ferrier, Akrivia, DeBethune, Christophe Claret, and Greubel Forsey.

Are you looking for customized tourbillion, or a stock watch from an independent?
If it is the latter, then my suggestions are
Gronefeld: Decennium Tourbillion (10 pieces, but some still available). There are also some unworn parallax tourbillions on the secondary market.
Gruebel forsey: 3 models to choose from, ranging from the 24 second Tourbillion to the quadruple Tourbillion and double Tourbillion 30 degrees.
DeBethune: the kind of two Tourbillion comes to mind.
These are my 3 favorite independent brands, in that order.
L.U.Chopard has a few models as well.
Journe obviously has several Tourbillion’s in his catalogue

I would explore either the Greubel Forsey or the Karsten Fraessdorf ,
While the GF is a more "established" brand, I think the Fraessdorf is a rugged daily useable watch.
There are indeed some great names like mentioned above.
Not all are available anymore but definitely some gorgeous options out there . Please keep us posted about your journey
