Haha, great catch! This looks great but I do agree, staring down a well to find the date is something that irks me. At that point they should have just skipped the date altogether.

I like the colour scheme and depth of the dial but the date is a little too deep down for me.
Agreed, omitting the date would have been better
It’s still a nice balanced look with the date at 6, just wish it wasn’t buried so deep.

Beautiful design, nice movement. But I have the black one and indeed thick relative to diameter.
If they grew it to 40 or 41mm it would have been better.
