Kari is a man of his word! He estimated end of January '09 for me, and I had the watch on December 23, 2008. He's known for being very reliable in his forecasts.
By the way, very cool design! The steel is definitely a great touch, and I'll be interested to see how the silvered dial and numerals look once the watch is assembled. Should be a very clean look.
Now, about that titanium cased example with the black face and numerals...

bi-metal balance wheel
It has a bi-metal balance wheel...... (As long as I concern, normal Voutilainen has mono-metal balance wheel.) Does it have a guillaume balance? If so, the base of the movement must be one of the most important watch movement on whole earth.......
