That’s a mouthful, but great execution by AS.
The back plate of the dial side is a beautiful hand-guilloché barley corn pattern done by Kari Voutilainen’s dial atelier.
There’s a 72 hour power reserve indicator on the barrel on the bottom right and a microrotor on the top right.
The main dial is made of sapphire to allow for a view below it and the the sub seconds hand dial is made of frosted sapphire.
On the reverse, is a rather unique movement execution with engraved text on the mainplate and a free spring balance with stop seconds. This watch has been regulated to 1s/day.
The movement also has a stop work mechanism with Geneva cross inside the barrel to allow only the constant power portion of the mainspring to deliver power to the movement.
This is why I love independents. They surprise and innovate in a manner that is difficult for established brands both because of their history and inertia.
