I would like to make a suggestion as to whom Arie should hire for his Au Pair.

Because I see such a great pair........of sunglasses on this young lady I am sure that is evidence of well-rounded skills and an attentiveness to details-both necessary for a good Au Pair. I believe. Right.

Well, that's the crux of the problem.
