Any Ressence type 5 owners have experience they would like share?
Been recently intrigued by these . The uniqueness certainly caught my eye. First drawn to the type 3. The type 5 being perhaps more robust, as it is waterproof and ‘diveable’ seemed a plus.
Of course its unique oil filled display while lovely may make future service problematic if the relatively new company doesnt ‘stick around’?
Seems like some members here sell theirs after not too long, but maybe that is not the case?

Type 5 too big/chunky for me
The type 5 is definitely too big and chunky for my wrist. I also think the different/bigger numerals on the dial give to it a not so elegant look and feel. Here some comparison with the type 3. Another point I could never understand: since the oil can get...

And was lucky to own a Type 1 and 3, they are amazing watches, feel special, my 2 gripes, oil temp and they didn't give me the confidence they can take a knock or fall and not damage the movement or Crack the glass and all the oil drains out, as clumsy as...

I find this thread very interesting because Sinn Hydro get a lot of flack online for high maintenance costs every 7 yrs or so but at least most hydros live a hard life. The oil filled case dial is a thing to be experienced in person and I've been hunting ...
No experience with a Type 3 or 5
