From my research, it seems to be a Takara Kronoform.
Takara is a Japanese toy manufacturer. And Kronoform would be the model. Best, Emmanuel

These images confirm how much this Retrovision is a pure childhood nostalgia piece. From my research, this a model made by Japanese toy manufacturer Takara and the model is called Kronoform (but I might be wrong). Cheers, Emmanuel
