Looks very old indeed, does not have incabloc, i.e. probably prior to the 30's. This watch is amazing, congrats, I love MRs in their simplest possible expression, like yours !

Maybe needs a service, winding should not necessarily be hard even for an old movement. As for sound probably needs to be reset properly in terms of alignment etc. ?
