Even More Incredible Service from Czapek and Pierre
I wanted to take a moment to share a follow-up to my previous post about Czapek’s outstanding customer care.
Pierre and the Czapek team have once again gone above and beyond. They not only helped with my bracelet refinishing (polished C links to brushed), but they also custom-changed the 60 on the chrono scale from red to green and changed the red tip to a custom green tip on the rattrapante hand —both subtle but deeply meaningful personal touches.
I am just blown away from Czapek's team. My correspondence with Pierre is personal, swift, and caring. My feedback and messages are embraced. I am a fan of Czapek and wear my rattrapantes proudly. Thank you again Pierre for everything! These won't be my last Czapek for sure!
