Horological Meandering

For those who are not very familiar with Breitling, there are some unavoidable models, maybe too unavoidable to be really tempting, like the iconic Navitimer, or the mythic Superocean Diving watch ( time only ) which is a contender to the Rolex Subs ,and ...  

Some time back I had the pleasure to see, in flesh, the Omega brother, also from the Canadian Air Force. Your Breitling is in great shape but, IMHO, you should try it with a dark brown leather. Thank you for showing another beauty, Nilo

Yes, it is a lovely watch, and I feel your pain concerning the military parts lost on yours. Still, you have a lovely Chrono. I don't think we are the only two to have it, here... Let' s wait for a certain british friend of ours to come... ;) Best, Tim. N...

Canadian military wristwatches have very little information about them and as time goes on I'm sure more info will come to light. The pleasure for me of these military watches is the fact they were living breathing timepieces that were used and maintained...
