I spent the morning changing out the straps on some of the watches I’m planning on wearing this summer. The after market straps for the Duometre, Langes and DB came from Camille Fournet, mostly Taurillon calf and all have caoutchouc linings. The strap for...

It’s pretty hot and humid here over the summer so the natural rubber linings on the straps work well.

Ironically I steered away from the brightly colored enameled dials for which Kari is well known - so I have to brighten this up with the strap!

It would be nice if more manufactures took the approach of FPJ - 20x19 across the range and sensible lengths - and don’t get me started on single deployants where I pretty much have to go custom on everything.
