very nice pics and review Xav. its a watch thats interested me for a while.
i like 24 hour watches, but without busy dials so the Cyclos is very suited to my purposes as is the ML Jour et Nuit i recently aquired. one day i'm sure i'll get one. the semi-skeleton is nice, but it looks like it might be hard to quickly read the time as the spiral which i assume is on the inside of the glass is same colour as the movement behind it. the white dial is also nice with what looks like a floating hour hand.

That hour mechanism is fascinating. Spent some time on the Cyclos website staring at it. Though, to be a pedant, the tip of the hour hand follows the spiral, the dial is just 2 offset circles.
Even more pedantly, one wonder what the use is...
... unless it's meant for use in Earth orbit, you really only need a 24hr indicator for a watch that shows a timezone elsewhere. It's a lovely complication but one would like to see a GMT hand doing that, rather than the hometime hand. Next model, maybe? ...

I was taking too narrow a view. If I read you correctly, Cyclos' target group does not only consist of astronauts but also of submariners, jaded collectors, and couch potatoes who keep the curtains closed. And you are right, of course Rgds, Jos.
