Thank you, I hadn't given the over-harvesting idea any thought, but I have to agree, despite myself liking the FF a lot.

Size (as Kari pointed out), classic looks, date, alarm, not so in your face as a dive watch...all you need for a daily wearer.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Kari. I, too, have been thinking about adding a FF, so I was really interested in what you had to say. Utlimately, I have to try one on for more than a passing moment and see how it feels. Although I am wearing my Pola '6... 

Even if, like Kari, I don't like to see so many ( colorful ) variations of a same watch ( the FF, of course ), I would be less severe than him on the Blancpain. On the normal, SS black dial version, the FF is a nice watch, big, but not that uncomfortable ... 

...and that's the Polaris. I love the Blancpain and GO, but the Polaris hits my sweet spot -- vintage style remade for today's world. Cheers, Daos

I have to agree with the majority on this one. Maybe it isn't a fair comparison as Pink Panther suggested... but aside from the much-more-collectible status of the '65, I think of these watches as in the same class... generally. I prefer the Polaris for i...
