VERY Important Question - Need your assistances.
So I’ve been home much more than normal and have had a little to much time on my hands.
I’ve figured out that I don’t know the “proper” way to take a leather strap off -
Is it by pushing the tip of the strap up towards the buckle like such -
Or, to pull the strap up at the buckle like this -
Will one of you world-class horologist please help me in not looking stupid each time I remove my watch.

Option C - Chuck Norris style
I don’t push or pull the strap. The strap recoils in deference.
The greatest damage is in the next step......
STEP 2: Releasing the pin. Try and do it by not pulling the strap tighter through the buckle and bending the strap over backwards over the buckle. I do this by squeezing the two halves of the strap towards each other (so no bending). R
