Best to inquire if they have a replacement one, and if not, send them the watch - in most cases they can cut, polish and insert the crystal with no overseas nonsense. You can have a local jeweler do this (send it in) for you. LINK to BOREL and LINK TO ESS...  

I never did find a way to get Eterna to supply a crystal to their own authorized service provider. But he was able to source a case and crystal from a customer who balked at the repair cost of a similar model and sold the carcass to the shop. And so now m...
