I’ve been fortunate to see some of this work being done up close, and some of the other handcrafts, and it’s mind blowing.

Agreed, having an artistic handcraft piece provides something special in a collection.
This brand’s work and offerings seem to make this more of a possibility for many. The option to customize makes such a piece truly special.

I initially thought of it as a pretty friendly sea-creature....
But perhaps his intention is more akin to the Hippo - super cute from a distance, but get close to it and it becomes the greatest predator on Earth
