I designed it when we knew we were going to build a new home, it has glass on three sides. It’s in the main living area , which makes it convenient to grab a bottle. It’s terribly inefficient , but we love it.
Difficult job, but someone has to do it! Gorgeous piece! What's striking to me is that usually the graduation from dark to lighter takes up more of the dial. Here the light is centered. Beautiful effect. It seems to glow.

There’s a huge convenience to having the wine room on the main floor. It sounds very traditional but with interesting upgrades ( ceiling wood & planks ) that’s fun, because it becomes about the story, let alone reusing wood with charm. I would love to see...
