Last weekend I took delivery of this spectacular piece. 4months in the making, the Watchmakers Regulator is sublime. So excited have this finally. Itโ€™s calming, watching the pendulum swing once a second, with the seconds Jumping, it gives one a sense of a...

Looks fantastic on the wall. I have an antique mantle clock and have been wanting a wall clock for another room in the house but my better half torpedoed that idea.

Shame Joe, although it was a bit of an uphill battle here too...

Asked for forgiveness, rather than permission, it was a bit tense at times, but Mrs.J came around ;-) Cheers, Tim

Amazing

as said before by Alkiro, it is a pity we donโ€™t talk more often about clocks. Now,there are clocks and clocks.... What a wonderful piece you have! Also like the your choice of case very much. I just recently saw the H101 from Haldimann, what a clock, woul...

A great looking clock Tim!!

Congratulations on this masterpiece! May I ask how this brand compares with Erwin Sattler and Mathias Naschke?

Sorry to chime in

But this clock is a completely different league for me. Like Haldimann I mentioned in my response. That doesnโ€™t mean the ones you mentioned are not good, they also have very nice clocks but already the entry point is different. Also the craft going into t...

Oh ok.

Not hijacking anything, and the Sattler clocks are quite lovely as are Matthias Naeschke's. There is big difference between what David and Matthias do compared to Sattler, and in fact David is alone creating his pieces, other than the cases (a different f...

Very nice clock. Love it.

It must be nice to have it hanging on the wall and see it working. Thanks for sharing. Vte

As much as I love watches, I've always had a hankering for a precision clock by a master clockmaker like David. Marco Lang used to make them for the domestic market in Germany, but when I asked if he could get one to the US, he replied it's not possible a...

Magnificent piece of engineering and art

I'm so glad I got to meet David a couple of years ago and start a friendship. He's the real deal, an accomplished fellow by any standards. Cheers, Tim

Such a lovely piece...

"It's calming, watching the pendulum swing..." I have an old and not very expensive 'Hibino' that chimes the hour and the half... I love the hearing the rhythm and wake up if it stops for any reason... Enjoy Casey PS. Great avatar...

Thanks Casey!
