...is the second version of the electric Polaris (thus, Polaris 2) made, I think c. 1965. I believe they made a total of about 1,000, all of them in 14K. About 200 of those were white gold, so it's not surprising you aren't familiar with this model, I don't think they show up very often. I chose it for the photo for its size since anything larger would have overpowered the coins.


The coins are part of a collection of a couple hundred or so, mostly ancient and medieval. These are some of the ones I haven't had a chance to catalog yet so they were easy for me to access for the photo. Coins are one of many collections that I add to regularly, which is why my collection of watches is rather small.
