A watch that I too will add to my collection. The 1931 ultra thin is the way to go and aside from the obvious SS version with black dial, I find the rose gold version with chocolate dial quite delicious. Some take issue with the inclusion of the subsidiar...

For me, having the Reverso on the dial, rather than JLC, is important. They are all stunningly beautiful. I do have a soft spot for the look of the chocolate dial with rose gold

All the choice you mention are great ones and in the end you should get the one that triggers the most passion for you. You can't really go wrong here!

LOL - I know what you mean I think I got carried away lately with so many new straps! I need to slow down a bit, at least until a new watch arrival! ROFL
On the flip side I feel I am wearing a new watch almost everyday because of strap changes...
