Appreciate the response you wrote Ming. I believe many agree with me on this matter, but many will also disagree in some ways. Most important is when anyone wants to put out his or her opinion, being professional and tactful are basic guides considering the article is posted out by MODERATOR and the WHOLE WORLD might see and read it. Each forum has its own moderator and I believe to be a moderator, certain qualifications are required. To make the forum a nice place to visit and stay around for everyone regardless of gender is definitely very easy but often neglected as I have seen it happen many times. MODERATION by MODERATOR will not hurt REPUTATION.
