TBH LUC GMT/Time Traveler Black is what I'm leaning
Steel is pretty strong, but 316L picks up scratches really easily 
The Black versions with the carburized? titanium are probably pretty scratch resistant, but I expect that they'd be more prone to bruising, though maybe that's an incorrect assumption since the titanium does have higher hardness and yield/UT strength, but lower modulus.
I think carburized steel is sort of "ideal" in the sense that it's not brittle, a vast improvement in hardness, and still really strong, but it's not a very popular material.
