Something I've never seen, maybe more common in the EU?

A 18k yg Mauboussin which a friend from abroad had on. Mechanical movement, it looked like a cousin to a Cartier (and, indeed, was on rotation with a Santos as this is the style the gentleman prefers). It looked good! Unpictured is the folding clasp which completed the look.

I don't know the specific supplier of the Mauboussin Fouga watches but since 1902, Schwarz Etienne made watches for brands like Mauboussin, Dunhill and Chanel. Similarly, Piaget made watches for other brands for 80 years until their first own label watch ...
