A great idea and clean execution. I hope it works at least another 12 years for you. Is the motor turning the disk original? It doesn't seem reasonable to have a stepper there originally. How often do you heed to change the batteries? Best, Don

I am afraid the electronic skills are lost again on my side because I did not use them for too log. But I am sure you could do really crazy things with some old laptops if you only cared :-)) I would love to see the outcome. It would be something unexpect...
