Horological Meandering

I appreciate your comments, but don't see it that way. However, I do agree you should buy what you love. I sold a couple watches in the last 5-10 years that have skyrocketed in value and in my opinion, are crazily over-valued. One being a mint Heuer Carrera 2447SN... it 'hurts' to see it triple and quadruple in value, but I still feel it is crazily overvalued, and the movement doesn't interest me much, etc. Another is the 1965 JLC Trubute to Paris re-issue... has risen quite a lot, but I didn't love that watch either. So anyway, passion will rule--passion will rule value--and passion could not be greater for Dufour, and as mentioned, he cannot make another Dufour. Well, I certainly don't claim to be 'right' as no one can know. Cheers.
