How do you like the fit and finish on their watches? I'm getting the itch for a Big Crown Pointer Date but in 40 mm Ø rather than the 36 mm in the original post.
I don't own any Oris....
but i do have my eye on this one for a long time.... and time to come; one day..one day ...

Hi Lots to like with Oris. My big crown was the first proper mechanical watch that I bought for myself. Then I just had to have an alarm made by them. Some interesting ones currently too. Cheers JML ...

I love this watch. Perfect size, absolutely love the dial colour, looks great on a strap etc. Very vintage vibe.

Oris appears to be a very well regarded brand by Purists for both current and past owners. Thanks to all your feedback my remaining doubts about Oris quality have been alleviated. I can safely put this watch on my "list".
