But thank you for letting me know! This has been an issue that i'v been having with Lange ever since i went for the manufactory tour in September.
Initially, i thought Lange was a brand that manufactured virtually all their components in house, until the staff there told me otherwise, that their cases, hands and even dials were from Switzerland. This naturally shocked me very much because i'd always love a Lange and supported it, thinking it was very "German".
Despite knowing the truth, I still love them very much and Lange is still number 1 for me!
Regarding GO, i'D thought that since they belong to the Swatch group, my 1st instinct tells me that they would in fact use more Swiss parts than Lange. But i guess you proved me wrong. Well not that Richemont isnt a very Swiss group, since their main power brands are all Swiss.
I guess this goes to show why so many people are still fans of Swiss brands compared to German brands, seeing that there isnt a "real genuine" German brand at all. That the Germans still need to depend on the Swiss to a certain degree. ( E.g. Lange's Turbograph was designed by Renaud & Papi)
Cheers!
