When I first got in this great forum, I enjoyed participating very much, and learning. Then, after starting to feel a little obsessed (about Rolex by the way) I decided to stay away, and only came to look from time to time. Then my baby boy arrived and I had less time to participate here.
But after my father passed away last year, which brought a lot of thinking about life, and enjoying it as much as I can while it last, and keep trying to learn as much as I can, I realized that my love for watches, somehow inherited to me by my father, is something I still enjoy so much, and since my boy started to like my watches, and asking me to let him to take and look at my watches since he was like 1 and a half year old, I decided to come back here and continue loving this hobby and enjoying what I have today, and pass it on to my son, as my father did.
Today there’s not coming back, I will enjoy it to the end, and then some
As you, I have thought about my end list, the end of the game or hunt, but not for joy:
1. Tudor Black Bay 58 PuristsPro edition (since I believe it is the more accesible way to get a big crown)
2. Omega speedmaster 145.022-69, which is the last with stepped dial and more accesible because of the movement.
3. And the end of the game! A Rolex (or two) because it can be either or both: 1675 gilt dial/116600 Seadweller.
Of course that if something else comes into my path, I like it and I can afford it, I will! Like a Omega 30T2 or a 33.3. Who knows!
Glad to share this with you.
Best.
