I think it’s one of those that people love or hate, no in between. For me, it’s not something that appeals. I would add I felt exactly the same about the Journe Holland & Holland.

The FM I do wear, or one I do while the other I may have worn once in 3 years or so.

Even if we like them. I certainly have a few in that category.

It’s just the nature of collecting.

I do like the case size and shape.

But waiting on the “right” mechanical movement iteration.

I feel like they borrow alot from 70’s design which I do like, but I’ll buy the inspirations and pass on the hommages.

There are Omegas (Constellation, Seamaster etc) in these same case shapes which always catch my eye. And this is why I like these Brew models. Those vintage Omega in some cases are not much more expensive.

Oh wait, that's an Urwerk. Thanks for sharing your deep analyses and thoughts about BREW! The Relic is definitely a cool model. Have you ever had any quartz batteries leak in any of your mechanical-quartz watches?
