Anita Porchet comes to mind. Then obviously we have Donze. Perhaps there is new talent on the scene that I'm not aware of? I'm thinking about perhaps pursuing a cloisonne enamel dial for one of my commissioned pieces.

Bastien at Lundis Bleu (I'm not sure if he does work outside of his own brand). Or perhaps get in touch with Andersen Geneve as they have recently produced some beautiful cloisonne enamel dials with outside expertise. Example below photographed today. Reg...
