With that budget, could stretch to a Lange 1 or perhaps a pure time only piece in the Saxonia 37mm (which will come in quite a bit under budget!)

Remarkably versatile, and looks different enough from your other watches. I too think a simple time-only watch would be a good 6th watch. Perhaps, besides the CB, I'd sugggest a TTR1931 Reverso? Or if you'd like a different shaped watch, perhaps a PP 5711...
