Interesting example
I agree with your view on value as a collector and the example used with GP as the brand. Unfortunately, even at a great bargain.... the Three Golden Bridges is beyond my reach. But, the quality and historical significance of this brand are a couple of reasons for my recent entry level new Vintage 45 acquisition. Not to purchase a piece because of the price, but knowing the intrinsic value and quality come at a good price compared to other brands enhances ownership for me!
