Interesting, but...
to my mind and eye, it is a mistake to add texture to both the dial and bezel. I would always prefer the contrast of one being smooth. Also, I find the font to be inconsistent with the attempt to create an elegant timepiece, as it strikes me as being rather ordinary.

The problem with fashionista brands
is the emphasis on pushing the name rather than let the fashion do the talking. It could have been worse, and I think they used remarkable restraint.
