Horological Meandering

About a month ago I pre-ordered some new Timex automatic releases and after they announced some production delays, they have started to trickle the shipments one by one instead of together. Today, the Deepwater Meridian 200 Automatic 44m on rubber strap a...  

...and have a sprawl of Timex, Citizen, Seiko, etc, autos filling up cases. My wife keeps shooting me "the look". I suppose at some point I'll have to figure something out before they all wind up in a yard sale after I'm gone for $5 bucks apiece if my son... 

I like the S-1 and S-2. The cases and manufacturing processes are innovative, the design is very attractive and it seems like a good direction. I wish them good luck. I'm always on the prowl for value-priced watches which I find in vintage and recently Ch...

dependable and reliable for a long time. Sure accuracy varies but they are great value!

Then I go back 24 hours later wearing same SD and recheck it's accuracy. Just a one position check but that at least gives me a clue.
