I wish I was an Alpine lover because
this looks like their best attempt yet. I've always liked their cushion case, but the Ellipse and the Emblème left me a bit unsatisfied.
This new model looks great, but the automotive inspiration is so strong with the steering wheel hands that it seems hard to fully relate without being a car fan, unfortunately (at least I find it hard).
Hopefully, they'll make another model with this cushion case someday to which I can fully relate.

And fitting the Alpine vibe very well (in my eyes better than the official watches). Just one small detail - the A110 was launched in October 1962, not 1955 (the year of the other French icon, the DS). 😊

You might be right, it might be hard to relate if you are not an Alpine or at least car fan but…
…this is a limited edition of only 252 pcs so it shouldn’t be a problem for this watch to find its clients. And yes they have a new classic collection also. I’ll talk about it shortly…😉

I don't know anything about the brand, or the quality. But this seems like a very well thought out piece for a more than fair price. I have gambled on 2 similar purchases in the last 5 years. I ordered the initial Laventure diver and Airain Type 20 Verte ...

Fully agreed with you. I didn’t mention the price but you are so much right, this one is not only quite well done and well thought out but also is at a quite fair and competitive price
