I don’t know, maybe a little ill feeling about some brands and pieces lately 🤷♂️ Perhaps singing the praises of pieces and brands that have given more satisfaction than you expected, paid for or even deserved is in order 🙂 I’ll start…oh boy my 126610LV s...
[Full disclaimer: I'm probably considered a good Patek customer/collector, and the Italian ADs that sourced these Rolexes for us carry both licenses.] Both wrists are my girlfriend's in the last picture....maybe not a good sign! ;-))) ...
I love the forum and hats off to you and the other moderators for curating such a precious space for watch enthusiasts! What a pair of OPs you sourced!🍀 The enjoyment you two will get from them is the definition of over delivery, enjoy 😉
It looks like an old design because it is - it's an exact copy of an old soviet 'Elektronika' watch made by a company called Technochas. Some technochas models use different movements and case designs, but this one uses the same case and movement as the o...
Therefore I’m happy to see vacheron overseas getting the right amount of attention, the girard peregaux laurento getting there’s, it’s time we see others in the space as comparators not as cheap watches! Do you agree?
The fact that you can buy this by retail, it’s the 3rd oldest watch brand in the world with in house movement and what not, just their marketing is not as savvy as pp and Rolex, doesn’t make it less beautiful and perfect. Again this my opinion and if you ...

Yes, improving the product is central to Rolex’s approach. Sure, certain design changes are aesthetic, for newness or desirability sake. However the central aspect of the brand is still improving product quality, something that should get more recognition...
While it’s a bit sad to observe a minority of folks who engage in a “I-don’t-have-access-to-the-good-brands-hence-I’m-gonna-hate-them” type of attitude — of which of course Rolex is a favorite target, along with FPJ, Patek, etc. — I have ZERO doubts the a...
I’m truly sad that Rolex because the vehicle of this insane market between other above mentioned brands but hope this will change in the near future since I honestly want everyone to wear one on they’re wrist and create eternal heirlooms for the decades t...
