I've tried the 40mm and I like it! And the finish is indeed excellent.
However, something about the A. Lange & Soehne 1815 WG still intrigues me. Maybe it's because of Jocke's photos... Also, our lack of an F.P. Journe forum gets me less excited about Journe than before.

did you visit the Jurne boutique while in Geneva? I find the Bleu quite interesting and looks like a great summer watch... My fear is that being quite a vivid dial, I could get tired of it.... Cheers

or, rather, almost true on both.... The Lange 1815 is captivating indeed and I am also flirting with it.... Also, the lack of our Journe forum is unfortunate- however it does not diminish in any way my admiration for these watches. Besides the HoMe forum ...
