... it really is what gives you the greatest thrill. The Ploprof is a design classic and different to most dive watches, but I would prefer an original to a reissue. You have a Rolex diver in the 14060M, so there is an argument for something different and the Omega would fit the bill. Are both equally comfortable on your wrist? For this size and weight, fit and wearability are key to me for long term ownership enjoyment.
I have been wearing my Rolex 5513 for the last few days, and am reminded again what great watches Rolex make.

but of the two I strongly prefer the ploprof due to its strong heritage and greater wearability compared to the DSSD (much much too thick). The 14060M is a wonderful watch and probably the best iteration of the subs (except for the tuna can bracelet I hat...

Both are two true beasts.
I find them being very comlementary, and adding the Ploprof to the Rolex DDSD could well be interesting. But if you are tired of your Rolex DSSD, that is another story... Best, Nicolas
Personally, i find the Ploprof has more character....
...and i would prefer a simple submariner over the SDDS. But thats just me. At any rate, both are very nice and the shots are excellent, by the way. Best, Stefan
