I have seen several Swiss Made vintage divers, small size (about 33mm) that have made me think of one for my boy, but at a latter age. Now he’s 3, and I already have a nice Ingersoll Mickey Mouse watch, white opaline dial with red hour markers.
Given that you are telling us she likes boy-like watches, maybe one of them would work.
Now that I remember, seiko also made small size women’s divers.
