Of course your feat fires in us deep thoughts about the madness of our passion: so many watches see too little wrist time each year while our collector greediness asks for more when we know that just one watch... errr... may be just three or four, is all what we really need.
Congratulations to the five and my best wishes that you´ll return to enjoy your collections in the best of good health and a reward of great pleasure with your watches on your wrists!!

I would not say that we need only one, but I do think that we don't need so many watches. Time for me to reduce the collection, to fund a few heavy pieces I am running after for a very long time. For example, I would happily sell 30 of my watches to fund ...

As I am a stubborn dinosaur, I do not possess a smart phone and will ask someone to take a photo of the watch on my wrist. I have been staring at it and had the pleasure of winding it for the last 9 days! Nothing like the smoothness of a good winding crow...

I was late posting the end of the contest
(end was July 1th, but I was late....despite all my watches)
Why, for the love of God would anyone torture themselves this way?
Is it an offering to the gods? Stranded on a desert island or South American jungle? Perhaps a jury found you guilty, but a death sentence too lenient? Why would anyone do this to themselves?
