Horological Meandering

Great post Craig

I have another little tip that helps increase the depth of field when you do not have great light (or a tripod).

It is sometimes possible to crank up the iso sensitivity (it is somewhat akin to loading fast film) this has the effect of decreasing the aperture and as a consequence increasing the depth of field.

If you take the iso up too far the image can get quite grainy.

Carl.
