Hugely appreciate your report!

Had my family not moved to California when I was a newborn, I think I would have most likely moved to Switzerland by myself smile. Geneva is absolutely gorgeous, your 'slice of life' pictures are excellent. As far as independents go, my favorite is still Stepan Sarpaneva, but I totally love and enjoy Laurent Ferrier and De Bethune design concepts! I tremendously look forward to having the chance to see some of them in person later this year! Cheers, Filip

Have been to Geneva twice and yes it is a very clean city, I went to Montblanc twice as well but was never able to make it to the summit due to weather. Some fine watches you got to see, it is always a different experience seeing them in person vs. photos...

I didn’t go to the summit of MB…

We loved our time in Chamonix, but were only on foot and going up the lift. The skiing must have been amazing!

Aiguille du Midi?

The glass bottomed viewing pod looks so cool. Unfortunately it’s been too windy both times I was there.

Yes, it has to be done.

But I was able to skin up to the bottom of the AdM arrete, and ski from the French side (specifically, the Grand Envers du Plan).

Fantastic photos

So in comparison to other major cities where everyone is saying “be careful about wearing your watch in public due to crime rates,” Geneva looks to be a notable exception…is that true, or is it also dangerous like other cities?

Thank you for the amazing review! I liked to discover the LUDOVIC BALLOUARD

which is very interesting!! Unfortunately as soon as I investigated the price I saw that it is really on the high side for me...Perhaps the Salon would give a good deal ?! Which would you go for ?
